Estimates given through this website are based on the information you provide and are not binding until confirmed on site. Final pricing is agreed with you before any work begins. Estimates are free and carry no obligation.
Scheduling
Appointment windows are estimates. We contact you if a crew is running late. We answer the phone 24 hours a day, but availability for non-emergency work depends on the schedule.
Access and site conditions
You are responsible for providing safe access to the fireplace, appliance and roof. We may decline to work on a roof or structure we judge unsafe, and we will explain why.
Our work
We carry out chimney sweeping, inspection and repair to recognised industry standards. Inspection reports describe the condition of the system on the day of the visit; they are not a warranty of future condition or a guarantee against subsequent failure.
Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to the cost of the service performed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.
